Orange OT, also called oil orange SS, is an or orange powder that sublimes above 374°F and has the chemical formula C17H14N2O.

Orange OT is on the Red List* from Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, a project of Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (previously the Breast Cancer Fund). They list Orange OT as probable carcinogen.

How is it used?
Orange OT can be found in cosmetic products* such as nail polish and enamel removers, anti-wrinkle and anti aging products, facial creams, skin moisturizers, skin toners, and sunscreens.
